Since the neighbourhood isn't safe for little Bibi, mummy have to chain it up fearing that people would snatch him away if he goes near the main gate.
I wonder if he can listen to commands like Rufass =P Mom says she's training him =P At least Rufass and Bibi can get along very well =D
